INSTRUMENTATION was established since January 1994.  Although there were so many magazines available in Taiwan market, the technical reports on instrument measurements were rare.  Even if there were, people could only find brief and partial documents that were related to the field in certain magazines.
      Resources of this kind of information were limited and they could not respond to the huge demand from different industries.  Besides, high-tech measurement skills are the motivity to upgrade the whole industry and increase the productivity and compatibility.  Therefore, thanks to the predecessors from various industries and institutes, their supports and encouragements have helped us cooperate with many domestic and foreign instrument organizations and publish INSTRUMENTATION in full aspect of measuring techniques & applications.
