INSTRUMENTATION was established since January 1994. Although there were so many magazines available in Taiwan market, the technical reports on instrument measurements were rare. Even if there were, people could only find brief and partial documents that were related to the field in certain magazines. Resources of this kind of information were limited and they could not respond to the huge demand from different industries. Besides, high-tech measurement skills are the motivity to upgrade the whole industry and increase the productivity and compatibility. Therefore, thanks to the predecessors from various industries and institutes, their supports and encouragements have helped us cooperate with many domestic and foreign instrument organizations and publish INSTRUMENTATION in full aspect of measuring techniques & applications. It covers electronics, machineries, appliances, electricity, chemical engineering, material, vibration, noise, household appliances, air conditioning, food, automobile & motorcycle, aerospace, maintenance, wireless, microwave, education, R&D, computer, spinning, plastics, steel, petrochemistry, electrochemistry, IEC, photoelectric, EMI/EMC, telecom, power plant, auto-control, cable, power distribution, transformer, automation, PCB, environmental protection, solar energy, fuel cell...etc. INSTRUMENTATION introduces the up-to-date and high-speed measurement techniques and their applications. It also offers a series of courses including "ISO 9000 Electrical Standard Certified Course", "Power Quality & Harmonic Technique Seminar" and "EMI/EMC/IEC Safety Technique Seminar". In view of the vigorousness of e-market information, weˇ¦ve changed for the launch of PIC e-Paper after issue No.35 (October 2000) of INSTRUMENTATION and accompanied with website file download or CD available upon request. Regarding sustainability as our business goal, we shall keep moving forward to release the most advanced information as well as high level professional publication. And we dearly thank you for your constant support and encouragement to our INSTRUMENTATION - PIC e-Paper.
