   • Officially established 'Precision International Corp.' in Kaohsiung City.
• 1987 
   • Set up the Headquarter of 'Precision International Corp.' in Taipei and recognized Kaohsiung office as a branch.
• 1988 
   •  Increased capital to be US$750,000.
• 1990 
   • Increased capital to be US$970,000.
• 1991 
   • Acquired and inaugurated the commissioning of the new office of approx. 231m² for Kaohsiung Branch of Precision International Corp. on San Duo 2nd Road in Kaohsiung city. 
• 1992 
   • Acquired and inaugurated the commissioning of the new office of approx. 562m² in Armstrong Building for Taipei Headquarter of Precision International Corp. on Kuang Fu Road in SanChung city, Taipei County. 
• 1994 
   • Increased capital to be US$1,250,000. 
   • Commenced publishing PIC Technical Magazine titled 'INSTRUMENTATION' and invited professor Mr. Shin-Shong Yen as the publisher. There are 15,000 copies for the initial issue.
• 1995 
   • Officially established Taichung Branch of Precision International Corp. 
   • Signed technical cooperation agreement with Japanese Shikoku Research Institute Inc.
• 1996 
   • Officially established Hong Kong and Shanghai Branches of Precision International Corp.
• 1997 
   • Set up total over 300 service centers in China for providing distribution, after-sales maintenance and technical support for PIC products.
• 1998 
   • Computerized office operations. 
   • Set up PIC website.
• 1999 
   • Added calibration service item to PIC Technical Service Department. 
   • Increased capital to be US$2,345,000. 
• 2000 
   • To respond to business expansion, we renamed our Chinese company name and moved Taipei Headquarter office to a new building of approx. 1,500m² to combine office with factory operation. 
   • Officially established Hua Nan Branch in Dong Guan city in China.
• 2001 
   • Our temperature calibration laboratory was certified by the Council of Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA) to be ISO/IEC 17025 compliance with recognition number 0833.
• 2002 
   • Our electrical calibration laboratory was certified by the Council of Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA) to be ISO/IEC 17025 compliance with recognition number 0834. 
   • Authorized by Polar (UK) Service Center to set up calibration laboratories in Taiwan and China and provide technical consultation services. 
   • Authorized by foreign original manufacturers to provide EMI/EMS/EMC testing services and set up calibration laboratory.
• 2003 
   • Commenced introducing and implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) to overall PIC offices in Taiwan.  
• 2004 
   • To meet with strategy of internationalization, we renamed our Chinese full name again.
• 2005 
   • Increased capital to be US$3,125,000.
• 2006 
   • Commenced introducing and implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) to PIC Shanghai and Huanan branches in China. 
• 2007 
   • Our calibration laboratory was certified by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) on basis of ISOIEEC1702522005 and issued compliance number 1773.
   • Our EMI/EMC calibration laboratory was authorized and recognized by NoiseKen Japan as qualified.
• 2008 
   • Set up 'Taipei District Branch Company' in Taipei. 
   • Increased capital to be US$3,750,000. 
   • Upgraded computer system entirely. 
   • Led in the automatic diagnostic & maintenance system for PCB to provide faster and efficient service.
• 2009 
   • Officially established 'Dongguan Shang Zhun Instrument Co., Ltd.' in the southeast of China. 
   • Purchased video conferencing devices to facilitate in-house video conferences and education & training programs.      
   • Purchased additionally 2 sets of lab level portable on-line DGA & moisture analyzer for transformers to provide measurement and consultation services in Taiwan. 
   • Set up on-line environmental electromagnetic wave monitoring website to provide concrete application cases for study.
• 2010 
   • To greet PIC's 30th anniversary and striding toward PIC's 14th year in China market, we expanded our organization, moved PIC Shanghai and Hua Nan branches to new locations and appealed to the assistance of the business financial management consultancy to set up a performance management system to improve our overall competitiveness. 
   • To tie in the related Chinese Investment Act, speed up our stock plan, we ended up our Mainland-funded enterprise 'Shanghai Shang Zhun Yi Ce Co., Ltd.' and newly established another Mainland-funded enterprise 'Shanghai Cheng Xi Yi Ce Co., Ltd.' to broaden our scope of service network in China. 
   • Acquired and inaugurated the commissioning of the new office for PIC Taichung Branch. 
   • Redecorated and renovated the PIC Kaohsiung Branch office.  
   • Our EMI/EMC calibration laboratory is under the certification procedure of TAF. 
   • PIC was presented by GE the 'Customer Focus Award 2009' for outstanding customer service in Asia region. 
   • Led in CRM system to help to continuously improve customer service quality.
   • Established foreign-funded enterprise 'Cheng Xi Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.' in China and approved by 'Investment Commission, MOEA' for the verification of 100% investment from PIC International Group. As well, we are preparing for the setup of Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Xian branches to provide omnibearing services in near future.
